On October 11, 2025, Willow Springs Raceway, a historic racetrack located about an hour and a half north of Los Angeles California, had a reopening party, which organizers called Willow Springs Reimagined. It was an opportunity to show off all of the updates made to the facility following its sale last year. It includes new VIP paddocks, garages, a go kart track (which I thought I could use but it turns out it was just for a youth racing league), and much, much more. A variety of demo drives took place featuring cars from the Petersen Museum, which included a Jaguar once owned by Steve McQueen and a car from the Fast and the Furious franchise, as well as the Willow Springs Porsches used for racing school and cars from a class that includes BMW 2002s and similar models.
